• Bachelor’s degree in civil, chemical, environmental, or mechanical engineering
• Current Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Texas

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering, or geology or environmental related degree from an accredited university.
• Fifteen (15) or more years of experience in the field of remedial consulting including soil, groundwater, sediment, surface water, and vapor intrusion and preferred investigation, design and remediation/construction, environmental compliance management including waste management, permitting, monitoring, data management, and reporting.

• Project Execution Leadership:

Assemble and lead high-performing, geographically dispersed project teams (internal staff, subcontractors).
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and quality to ensure Weston’s commitments and financial goals are met or exceeded.
Provide unwavering safety leadership on all managed projects.
Execute complex projects, ensuring timely and accurate communication, cost tracking, forecasting (Estimate to Complete), and reporting within Weston’s business processes.
Manage project changes effectively with both the client and the project team.
Ensure timely, accurate invoicing and proactive management of accounts receivable.
Guarantee compliance with Weston purchasing, subcontracting, and quality requirements.

• Within his or her specialty, is responsible for various field activities including site management and report preparation of that area of specialty on projects.
• Maintain up-to-date techniques insuring the credibility of technical assignment.

• Leads municipal water/wastewater projects of moderate to advanced scope and complexity, often involving multidisciplinary teams and multiple subcontractors.
• Uses engineering judgment to guide technical execution, identify risks, and resolve complex project challenges.

• Leads municipal water/wastewater projects of moderate to advanced scope and complexity across the Austin and Central Texas region.
• Applies engineering judgment to guide technical execution, problem-solving, and risk management throughout all project phases.

• Successfully manage environmental and infrastructure projects to meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across planning, permitting, engineering design, compliance, and construction support

• Execute structural design and analysis with a high degree of independence, delivering accurate, well-documented calculations and technical reports.
• Support project execution by developing scopes of work, cost estimates, and design deliverables from concept through construction

• Prepare baseline environmental surveys and site assessments
• Prepare and support NEPA documentation
