We are a Swiss start-up founded in 2016 and based close to Lausanne (Switzerland). We are processing near real-time satellite imagery for snow & water monitoring to tackle the fundamentals of energy production, insurance and agriculture affected by snow melt and climate change. Our first satellite data-powered solution DeFROST was built with support by the European Space Agency. It processes satellite data, weather forecasts and geospatial data on a global scale, and is now operating so that our customers in insurance and energy can improve their hydropower efficiency, manage local water availability more effectively, and better understand snow & water availability risk. We are a small, closely-knit team from Spain and Germany. Our work culture is objective-oriented and based on efficient teamwork, with flexible working hours and locations. We offer an international and friendly environment with offices in Spain and Switzerland, where we pursue our mission to push EO data for better strategic decision-making across various sectors
