This role comes with full time pay and significant equity compensation. Director, Operations: We are looking for a detail oriented, experienced hire to lead our operations. Key responsibilities will include finding and negotiating the lease for a warehouse, building a logistics process and team to enable our scaling business (securing refrigerated truck rentals, hiring team, managing team and execution), navigating food safety considerations, and conducting ad hoc research projects.
