Culture and benefits at WeAdmit Technologies

Our corporate culture is transparent, respects autonomy, loves creativity, and makes a lot of laughs while working very hard. One of our cultural highlights is to fully implement "Teal Organization" suggested by Frederic Laloux in his book on Reinventing Organizations. We split business units internally and define sole business unit owners for each unit. We are a team of 6 full-time employees and each of us "owns" each of their verticals. We collaborate frequently while each business unit owner makes final decisions. This organizational setup thrills ourselves, speeds up everything, and helps individuals develop their careers radically.
