Product-wise, Waterly is a cleantech, affordable cloud-based app built just for water & wastewater utilities that simplifies public water system data management and reduces waste associated with water systems operations. It improves public water system reliability and safety by providing operations staff immediate feedback on operations while they are collecting data. With over 85% of US-based utilities *still* relying on pencil and paper, Waterly gives them a ridiculously easy and affordable path to embrace the digital and cleantech revolution for a fraction of the cost of other solutions. Regulatory reporting is a 1-click effort and sharing water data with anyone (even the public) has never been easier with cloud-based intelligence and smart data management.

Culture-wise, we are no longer a startup (we are debt-free and scaling!), but we are a small team. The founders are 25+ year veterans of startups (with successful exits) that have seen enough bad culture and stupid policies to work hard to steer towards sanity. The team laughs a lot together and also deeply cares about the unsung heroes in water enough to make water data enjoyable. Our founder, Chris, has worked in water/wastewater for 30 years and still wears blue jeans and spends time in the garage with operators. We have a generous time off policy that promotes a balanced life with plenty of R&R alongside the hard-working work days. We support continuing ed, but also encourage our team to be assertive in self-study as well.
