Watchtower Health is building Watchtower Pulse, an AI system that reads the hospital chart, checks insurance rules, automatically creates complete DME documentation, and sends finished referral packets directly to vendors inside the EHR. Hospitals are overloaded, case managers are stretched thin, and doctors do not have time to learn every insurance requirement. Pulse removes the frustration and the delays by turning hours of paperwork into a few seconds of automation.

The problem we are solving is simple but enormous. Every hospital struggles to move patients out of the building because paperwork is missing or incomplete. Vendors reject referrals, patients wait for equipment, beds remain full, and everyone loses. This problem has existed for years and nobody has solved it because it requires someone who understands both healthcare and AI. Watchtower Pulse is built to close that gap.

The hard problems we are solving include extracting clinical information from charts in real time, understanding insurance qualification requirements, building a secure and HIPAA compliant workflow engine, generating complete DME packets automatically, and sending them directly to the right vendor without delays. The goal is to create the automation layer for hospital discharge and give doctors and case managers a system that works as fast as they do.
