Strong foundation in GAAP, governmental finance, and accounting, with the ability to apply those principles to complex real estate development transactions.
Demonstrated ability to analyze project budgets, cash flows, revenues, expenditures, and financing sources; identify emerging risks; and recommend corrective action.
Comprehensive understanding of and experience applying Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB).
Knowledge of and experience applying Uniform Guidance (2 CFR 200) including cost principles, pre-award, and post-award requirements.
