We developed a Virtual Waiting Room that provides patients with relevant information for their upcoming appointment; such as their wait and travel time, and a pre-visit form - customizable to a client's needs. By leveraging our dashboard, the patient will be able to wait comfortably from home while also knowing exactly when to come in, thus minimizing their time at an institution. They will also be able to fill the pre-visit questionnaire so that the client may better prepare for their arrival and reduce receptionist time spent on registration. We also provide smart text notifications to let patients know when to leave for their appointment. Our customers are primarily clinics but can also include any organization that has an appointment-based schedule.
