WaitLess lets patients know about last minute appointment cancellations so they can see their doctor sooner/at convenient times. Last minute cancellations and no shows delay patient care, reduce provider revenue, and decrease patient satisfaction. WaitLess uses a provider paid SaaS model. It’s a cloud-based web platform, free for patients. Patients create wish lists of preferred appointment dates and times and provider staff post newly available appointments. The platform texts/emails the first preferred matched date/time to the patient. Patients accept offers from a mobile device or PC and both provider and patient get notified of the match. Competitors focus on creating backlogs of appointments and reminders, but few companies focus on filling last minute cancellations and no shows in the medical space.
