Using Virtual Reality, we aim to change the way people buy and rent homes. Fed up by antiquated platforms like MLS during our homebuying process, we decided it was time for a new way of viewing real estate. Our goal is to let people take a walking tour inside dozens of candidate properties within minutes – all from the comfort of their home or a local brokerage. Before, potential buyers or renters would travel long distances, only to find shortcomings that the listing and its photos had omitted. We have a solution for pre-construction real estate as well. Using our background in video games, we utilize state of the art rendering engines to allow one to walk through a model unit in VR, fully finished and furnished – even if the property is undeveloped. Our vision is to bring VR into the mainstream real estate market in a way that provides incredible value and foresight to consumers. We have built a set of applications that work with existing Virtual Reality hardware, allowing users to view real estate properties in full VR. Our goal is to put a compact Virtual Reality headset in the office of every brokerage in Canada and, eventually, North America. The brokerages will be provided with our applications and files to run Virtual Reality tours of properties. We will provide the brokerages with a how-to guide for their photographers so they can provide us files in a format for us to process and upload onto our VR application platform. Any broker or consumer with a headset will be able to tour the property remotely in Virtual Reality as if they were standing inside the property.
