• Assists with preparing the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process
• Partners and collaborates across multiple cross-functional departments to provide financial support/guidance necessary to drive alignment and sound decision making

• Drive the development and implementation of a strategy to bring critical infrastructure and capabilities in-house to support protein production, purification, and analytics
• Lead the design and build out of lab space to meet the expanding needs of the Protein Science group

• Lead platform technology development, including optimization of oligonucleotides and linker/conjugation chemistries, to facilitate delivery of oligonucleotides to the CNS
• Develop and implement a strategy to bring critical infrastructure and capabilities in-house to support engineering, production and characterization of oligonucleotide bioconjugates

• Improve, enhance and manage the internal reporting processes of the company, including establishment of key performance measures, analyses of results and internal management reporting to support all external reporting requirements and to improve and enhance the overall management of the business.
• Lead and develop a team of Finance professionals.

• Develop and implement document templates, style standards, reference library, reviewer guidelines, SOPs and quality control checklists, to ensure consistent and high-quality deliverables
• Develop budget and resource strategies to ensure on schedule completion of medical writing deliverables, including the identification, selection, and oversight of qualified full- or part-time medical writers, vendors, consultants, or contractors

• Contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive clinical development plans for Voyager’s development programs. Offer expert clinical advice, drawing on extensive clinical knowledge. Provide feedback on clinical study data, reports, protocols, and development plans. Collaborate with early development research teams on clinical aspects and disease indications
