Voya Sol careers

Our solution is an extremely modular, ready-to-assemble solar energy generation and distribution system. Our unique charge controller is designed to handle an unprecedented wide range in solar power capacity. At its most basic level, our system is a SHS with one 10W solar PV panel that a household can use to power their cell phones and lights. Then, as demand grows either from our existing customers or their neighbors, the existing solar system can be expanded in various ways. For instance, a new customer can buy a solar PV panel and cables, and connect to their neighbor’s existing Voya Sol system. Or, a business and a household that both use Voya Sol systems can connect their systems to balance out their demand curves and reduce their battery costs. Our ultimate vision is to enable individuals to build up their own power systems organically, by building electricity connections with peers they know and trust, starting with their own affordable solar energy systems.
