People at Vobiz AI

When most people think about Voice AI, they think about models, prompts, and conversational intelligence. What they don't see is the infrastructure underneath. The reality is that the telecom systems powering most phone calls today were built for human-to-human conversations, not AI-to-human interactions. As AI models become faster and more capable, they are still forced to operate on infrastructure that was never designed for real-time intelligence, low-latency decision making, or autonomous voice agents. We started Vobiz because we saw this gap firsthand. While the industry was focused on making AI smarter, we realized the bigger challenge was making AI usable at scale. Every millisecond of delay, every routing bottleneck, every infrastructure limitation directly impacts the quality of the conversation. Our belief is simple: the next generation of Voice AI won't be won by models alone. It will be won by the companies building the infrastructure that makes those models feel natural, reliable, and accessible to billions of users. At Vobiz, we're building AI-native telephony infrastructure from the ground up. Infrastructure that gives developers deeper control, lower latency, built-in compliance, and the ability to deploy voice experiences that simply weren't possible on legacy systems. The Voice AI revolution is already underway. Our mission is to build the rails that power it.
