Vivia is a company that is creating
resident-centric software for apartments to
facilitate better communication between
residents, their neighbors, and apartment
management. Vivia aims to increase resident
retention, community involvement and
apartment efficiency. Currently, apartments use a variety of different
software products to accomplish operations like
package management, work orders and rent
payment – all of which are old or inconvenient for
residents to interact with. The app we are
developing provides barebones solutions to
common apartment operations needs but also
integrates with existing software so residents
only need to access a single mobile app. The main feature
in the app is a community bulletin for apartment management and residents
to broadcast content to their communities.
