This 'health connectivity' is shown to have significant positive impact on a patient's health . Conversely, isolated patients tend to have 24% higher healthcare costs and lower levels of adherence to treatment . While personal networks are available to some of us, a) not everyone has access to a trusted group of peers to discuss their health concerns with; b) there are no easy avenues to discuss private health topics like fertility or sexual health. The mission of vitalxchange™ is to foster social health connectivity for all by enabling the exchange of health information via matched private chat conversations. vitalxchange is the only 'chat' platform that enables matched peers to have private day to day informal discussions on any health issue - mimicking the way people naturally converse and connect. vitalxchange will significantly increase patient connectivity and engagement, helping patients make well informed healthcare decisions and in turn systemically improve transparency, outcomes and reduce costs.
