Jobs at Vise

• Minimum of two to four years of experience in a financial services operations role
• Experience working in middle and back office operations supporting SMAs for clients of registered investment advisors (RIAs) and/or broker-dealers

• Calendar Management: Build and maintain an understanding of priorities to effectively optimize the Founders’ time and prioritize commitments, while resolving all scheduling conflicts
• Meeting Preparation: Support the execution of internal and external meetings, prepare and distribute materials, and ensure proper coordination of logistics among attendees

• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, scheduling interviews at every stage and providing timely updates as they move through the process.
• Maintain an organized recruiting process and serve as the admin for Greenhouse.

• Lead the implementation of the systems that power and scale our business
• Uncover and address system bottlenecks as we mature our tech stack

• Contribute to investment strategy design

Research and analysis of factor-based stock selection and other systematic investment approaches
Write code to test factors and build systematic investment strategies
Run portfolio optimizations and simulations
Collect and analyze data via Bloomberg, Barra and other investment platforms
