With multiple buying channels and complex supply chains, unfamiliar analytics and pressure to supply precise, real-time information in an attractive, easy to use shop window, the sheer number of moving parts in a successful online sales channel is daunting. We are all driven by the revolutionary product we’ve created and foster an open culture and start-up-style mentality where everyone pitches in. We aren’t all work-work-work and enjoy spending time together at annual summer and Christmas parties on boat trips, over a quiet drink at our local thanks to a rolling bar tab, or just day to day in our friendly and soon-to-be-refurbished offices! Most of all though we simply love what we do and the potential savings we are generating for our customers. We have an ambitious but achievable goal to introduce The Edge to the UK’s top 25 retailers and conquer the entire NHS, something we intend to deliver principally by fulfilling the career ambitions both of our existing employees and, of course, those joining us now.
