When I was approached by Vintellus, I was a Senior Manager of engineering at Oracle tenured for 12 years. In the year that I have been here, I have worked hands-on four cutting edge technologies, learnt grad-level statistics from colleagues who were professors at institutes like the IISc and ISI, build tech stacks ground-up, nurtured a team of fresh grads from premier institutes and yet had a great work-life balance.
