Vincere Health was built by people whose #1 objective is to bring new things into the world that help others live healthier, happier lives, particularly people who have been neglected by the tech world. We all left our corporate jobs, making big sacrifices, with a yearning to be more impactful. We want to direct our skills and embrace work that is fulfilling, creative and purpose-driven. We have a visceral aversion against arbitrary corporate conventions but also have deep respect for discipline, attention to detail and meticulousness - some good things that come from years of working in banking, consulting and enterprise tech in our previous lives. We have a relatively flat org structure and everyone's voice is heard and valued equally. We are team founded by immigrants and includes people of all colors, shapes, orientations, and descriptions from all around the world - we simply do not care what those characteristics are. All we ask is you engage with the world with kindness, empathy, authenticity and a sincere willingness to be self-reflective and critical of one's own privilege. We've all found each other because of our shared values and mutual desire to build cool shit that helps people, before asking ourselves the question what's in it for me.
