• Infrastructure Management: Lead the management and maintenance of our AWS/GCP infrastructure, including large-scale Kubernetes clusters.
• Developer Enablement: Mentor and guide developers in using IaC technologies like Terraform for efficient environment creation and management.

• Design, develop software with high quality and take ownership.
• Technically guide an agile team and work collaboratively.

• Penetration testing — either hunt for security issues on our production or staged applications during an open-box internal pen test or help coordinate an engagement with an external firm
• Writing code for internal automated security tools — write some code, usually in Python, Bash, or Go, to support any of our team's various initiatives. Often, we strive to facilitate a culture of “paved roads” for our developers, such that it is easy for any developer to incorporate security into their designs and implementations

• Exceed sales quota targets by selling Vimeo's Enterprise Video Platform (https://vimeo.com/enterprise)
• Convey Vimeo’s unique value proposition to customers and handle objections

• Write well-tested and performant code for our web platform using Ruby, JavaScript, and other languages when they are the right tool for the job.
• Make significant contributions to big projects that affect the core architecture of the Vimeo OTT platform and expand our ability to deliver rich experiences to our users.
