Jobs at Vim

We started Vim to drive better care at lower costs and reverse the broken incentives in healthcare. We use behavioral economics and technology to guide patients to higher value care instead of using disruptive methods such as narrow networks/re-contracting. Vim’s patient and provider platforms identify when patients are accessing care, using multiple real-time data sources to identify "impactable moments of intent". We nudge patients and their providers to make higher value choices in referrals, facility-based tests and procedures.
