The product is a mobile application for the military community and their families.
Victor helps the user identify cities in America that have a collaboration of small businesses, organizations, veteran and civilian communities who support our nation's military and their families. Leaving military service is one of the most stressful experiences a service member faces, Victor is here to help service members plan their exit from the military to ensure success in their life after service.

Veterans are not the paying customer for Victor. Paying customers are local businesses and organizations who want to target the military community for their products and services which will cause local competition within their market. This competition will create lower cost goods/services while supporting the military community where it needs the most help, their wallets.
