As the travel and tourism industry faces a time of uncertainties especially as a result of COVID-19 transformations, ViaVii created a hyper-personalised travelers platform, securing the right content just for travelers, to cater to new expectations of travelers. The B2B products consist of a SAAS model and a conversational engine, allowing businesses to identify gaps and provide a significant opportunity for them to engage with their customers proactively.

We are disrupting the segment by offering personalization and uniqueness to travellers. We offer a unified platform that offers travellers customization and personalization in their travel journey, giving them the confidence of betting on their trip. Post Pandemic, the behaviour has transformed to self reliance, and wanting to have full control of their bookings, rather than have someone book it, hence, eliminating face-to-face services, travel agents. Therefore, our product is built to help consumers turn the corner when it comes to smart destination intuition, reshaping the way we research, book and experience travel, all on their own.
