We are currently hiring for a Co-Founder / CTO role. We are looking for a senior, hands-on engineer who wants real ownership and is excited about building a marketplace platform from the ground up. This is not a traditional employee role, but a co-founder position with meaningful equity and long-term responsibility. The ideal candidate is comfortable making architectural decisions, building API-first systems, and working closely with the founder on product and strategy. Experience with marketplaces, transactional systems, or scalable backend infrastructure is a strong plus. We value people who prefer autonomy over rigid process, who are pragmatic problem-solvers, and who enjoy turning real-world operational complexity into clean technical systems. As the company grows, we expect to expand the team around engineering and product, but the immediate focus is building the core technical foundation correctly.
