VENUES is building an API-first marketplace for events, nightlife, and local experiences in Mexico.

Today, this industry is highly fragmented. Venues and experience providers rely on WhatsApp, spreadsheets, manual deposits, and informal promoters to manage access, reservations, and ticket sales. This leads to lost revenue, poor visibility, operational chaos, and a bad experience for users.

On the other side, users struggle to discover reliable experiences, understand availability, and trust that their reservation or ticket will actually work.

VENUES solves this by translating how venues actually operate into a structured digital system: flexible inventory, variable rules, dynamic pricing, and real-time access control. The current platform is live, with real users, providers, and revenue, and has validated that demand exists.

The hard problem now is scale. The existing stack was built to validate the market, not to support a reliable, extensible infrastructure across cities, use cases, and devices. We are rebuilding the core platform to support a true marketplace: clean APIs, scalable architecture, and a foundation for web and mobile applications.

This is a chance to help design and build the technical backbone of a platform that can unify a fragmented industry and grow across markets.
