About Venture Builder Network
Venture Builder Network is scaling its operations and event programming. We run 3–4 main events per month (typically ~20 participants) featuring speakers and partners, plus expert roundtables.

• Deliver primary and secondary research and the data layer on the system of interest — starting with the Life-OS pilot in advanced human development
• Serve as the team's domain expert for the higher end of human development, with a scientific lens

• Take over internal ventures at the startup-on-paper handoff and lead them to first investment
• Build through the platform: product creation in the development lab, and validation, operations, and early traction in the incubation lab

• Run the internal R&D lab: develop and version the playbooks, methods, and tooling our research institute, startups, and venture builder operate on — and build tools yourself
• Be the company's feedback loop: gather data and findings from every venture, test, and lab, and convert them into improved processes and new methods

• Own the continuous inflow of system-change contracts: identify, scout, hunt, farm, negotiate, close — end to end, deal by deal
• Sell a complex, consultancy-grade service: take our research units contract dossiers into private processes with foundations, HNWIs, and system-change funders

• Own the testing program end-to-end: design test cases for the venture-building model and platform, spend money on them
• Steer the ~€280,000 dedicated budget so every euro maps to a hypothesis, a predefined outcome and Network and Technology departments buget share

• Read the system: work fluently with system maps, causal loop diagrams, MLP and socio-technical analyses from the research unit, and translate them into the specific intervention startups a mission pillar requires

• Analyze human-development systems within a mission pillar and mapp where they enable or suppress potential (system maps, root-cause analysis, multi-level perspective, large technical systems)
