The candidate we're looking for: We're seeking self-starters who are comfortable building in ambiguous, early-stage environments. Ideal candidates are remote-work native, understand the African market context, and care about the problem we're solving — not just the job title. We value initiative, clear communication, and a bias toward action over perfection. Prior startup or freelance experience is a strong plus.
