We're well-funded and I have total faith in the world-class experts to lead us to success. Plus, they've created the first culture I've worked in where 2-way feedback is actually a habit! In our company-wide feedback for founders, the team scored all the founders 96-99% in various elements of leadership & provided constructive feedback that's being incorporated. We're fully-remote, currently in 12 countries, but have regular offsites, weekly socials, various workshops and guest speakers, and are often chatting in our Discord server.
