Allevia is a digital assistant who employs AI and evidence-based medicine to automate clinical documentation so physicians can spend less time documenting and more time doctoring.

Patients first answer medical history questions via our web app. Allevia then takes information and the and chief complaint to create a symptom questioning tree to uniquely fit the patient. She then generates a clinical note which is sent to the EHR or via email.
