• This is a plant leadership role, capable of supervising and training Project Engineers, Co-ops, and hourly staff.
• Work within a centralized engineering department providing engineering support to all plant departments.

• Guide and coordinate the IT support activities at the plants within a defined region.

• Design, implement, and maintain secure clean and recovery room environments to support malware-free recovery of critical systems.
• Root Cause Analysis: Conduct comprehensive root cause analysis on security incidents, ensuring lessons learned are integrated into our cybersecurity posture.

• User Interface Development: Design, develop, and implement responsive and visually appealing frontend user interfaces using HTML, CSS, TypeScript/JavaScript, and frameworks such as Next.js/React or Angular, ensuring a seamless user experience across various devices and browsers. Help migrate our legacy Salesforce Commerce Cloud powered eCommerce site to a modern Next.js/React headless implementation

• Analyzes, designs, and develops new applications/business systems and application enhancements according to business specifications and technical designs; creates technical specifications and documents deliverables
• Documents application requirements and models current/proposed information and process flows

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and integrated Salesforce data models that support business operations and analytics.
• Develop and enhance data integration between Salesforce and external platforms to ensure data consistency and accessibility for reporting.

• Converts business requirements into program specifications. Analyzes impact of proposed solutions on business applications.
• Implementation of team's best practices in documentation and software development

• Convert non-USG contractors by conducting job site visits and performing job site product demonstrations to communicate the benefits of USG products and services.
• Ensure successful product installation by providing field support for large, specialized jobs.

• Lead the administration and continuous improvement of our Salesforce environment, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
• Oversee the configuration, enhancement and management of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud to align with business needs.

• Integration and management: Ensure seamless integration of eCommerce and customer identity technologies, including the commerce platform, CRM systems, identity and access management services, and analytics tools.
