About the job

Role & Responsibilities

  • This position is located in a manufacturing plant.
  • Responsibility for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancement of the plant’s process control and drive programs.
  • Provide the programming for plant process control equipment.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of new PLC technologies to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with impacted stakeholders around needs, project status, etc.
  • Support the plant’s networking and computer systems as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Certification or specialized education in process control is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability with the engineering, programming, and implementation of industrial control systems.
  • Proven experience with control systems components, ladder logic programming, HMI programming and their applications.
  • Aptitude for instrumentation and controls design.
  • Well developed aptitude around MO computer applications, Project and AutoCAD.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and install electrical circuits up to 480V.
  • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodology is a plus.
  • Self-starter, with excellent organization skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Rate of pay may be adjusted based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
