Hyphen's makeline can be swapped with an existing makeline to increase capacity and throughput to 350 meals an hour without taking up an inch of kitchen space.

Hyphen has a 40-person team of engineers, operators, and culinary creatives from world-class companies such as SpaceX, Tesla, Apple, UberEats, GrubHub, and Sweetgreen.
