Jobs at Square Roots

Square Roots has big ambitions, but we are at the beginning stages of our journey. We’re moving fast, and tackling a lot, and making strides with our pilot program which launched a few weeks ago. As a company, we operate - and hire - to a well codified set of core values, which help us scale not just activity but also culture. Meanwhile, we offer a package commensurate with many seed-stage companies (i.e. if you’re currently at Google, prepare to take a haircut on salary in the short term ;-) We do provide for health care and other benefits, not to mention as many locally-grown, fresh, tasty veggies as you can possibly eat :) We care less about years of experience than we do finding the right person - who can do a kickass job with the right cultural fit, value-alignment, and a shared belief in the power of local, real food. We also want this person to start, like, yesterday.
