At Uproot, we believe that everyone should have access to healthy, sustainable plant-based milks. They are delicious, have half the sugar of dairy and are kind to the planet. Uproot enables food services to conveniently serve a variety of plant based milk. By making milks in concentrated form, then serving from a dispenser we offer more varieties of milks in less space. At the same time, we reduce packaging waste and shipping emissions. We think it is a fundamentally better way to serve plant-based milk. We launched our first dispenser at Johnson & Wales University and are coming soon to Brown University and other colleges in Rhode Island.
