UpLyft™ is the first known FDA-compliant self-transfer system that enabling users with limited mobility to move from bed to wheelchair in under one minute. With an estate of 21 patents and $100K in pre-orders, we are raising $400K to start manufacturing to fill pre-orders. UpLyft™ is doing for bedrooms what stairlift has done for stairs. We project to be cash flow positive in just 18 months.

UpLyft™ is for the 3M people that need assistance getting out of bed daily. Our target customers produce a total addressable market (TAM) of $19.6B in the U.S with 4x the opportunity internationally. Our sales channels target:
- Consumers at home, providing them with independence via the self-transfer system;
- Healthcare facilities, reducing workers’ compensation liabilities related to patient-lifting injuries.

Rates of musculoskeletal injuries from overexertion in healthcare occupations are among the highest of all U.S. industries: Over 52% of caregivers report chronic back pain. Our medical device features patented "finger panels" that wrap securely around a person's thighs and torso. These panels avoid the discomfort often experienced with inferior lift solutions, such as cloth slings and body boards. UpLyft™ features dual controls that allow for a caregiver or a loved one to assist with patient transfer or for an individual to perform self-transfer.

In June 2020, we launched our digital footprint for UpLyft™ (website, social media, email marketing) and obtained ~$84,000 in open pre-order commitments with spending just $3,350 in digital advertising over a 60-day period.
