Uplinq is automating one of the toughest problems SMBs face: bookkeeping and taxes.

This wasn’t always our plan. When we started Uplinq, we wanted to help SMBs work with acquirers/investors, survive loan due diligence, and use their financial data to make timely business decisions. We tried solving these problems directly to no avail and quickly realized they are all symptoms of a bigger problem: bookkeeping is hard, and SMBs hate doing it.

Over 800 businesses rely on Uplinq to keep their books accurate and taxes hassle-free. Our customers are real people from Main Street America—think Insurance Agents, Dentists, Restaurant Owners, and Realtors. These businesses are overlooked by existing online bookkeeping services, which often cater to tech startups and e-commerce brands (i.e., silicon valley's idea of a small business).

We're a diverse team of engineers, CPAs, designers, and bookkeeping experts, all myopically focused on making bookkeeping something great. We just closed our Series A and are looking for software engineers to join us on our mission.
