How we work: We are a fully remote, telehealth-first team. Meetings are intentional and outcome-focused , no busy work. We run weekly team check-ins, monthly Kaizen improvement meetings where anyone can pitch a better way of doing things, and quarterly advisory board reviews to stay aligned on compliance and strategy. Our rituals: Every team member sets one monthly improvement goal (Kaizen). We close meetings with wins — big or small. We give feedback directly and constructively. When something goes wrong, we debrief as a team , no blame, just learning.
