At Uplift Path Inc., we are building a telehealth-first behavioral health company dedicated to serving marginalized adults 18+ with active Medicaid coverage , a population chronically underserved by traditional mental health systems.
We deliver Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment (CPST) services fully remotely, meeting clients where they are and removing barriers like transportation, stigma, and access gaps that prevent vulnerable communities from receiving consistent, quality care.
Alongside our clinical services, we provide strategic consulting to behavioral health organizations , helping agencies navigate CARF accreditation, state licensing, compliance frameworks, and sustainable operations.
The hard problems we're solving:
- Lack of accessible, trauma-informed mental health care for Medicaid recipients
- Operational fragility in small behavioral health startups lacking infrastructure
- The gap between complex regulatory requirements and real-world implementation
Our mission is to empower organizations, staff, and communities through a holistic approach that integrates strategy, wellness, and growth — producing measurable outcomes in performance, satisfaction, and sustainability.
Currently pursuing CARF Accreditation and Ohio OMHAS licensure to formally launch Medicaid-billed CPST services.
Long-term vision: Uplift 100,000 lives nationwide by 2036.
