What You'll Do

Own features end-to-end — from backend/schema design in Rust through to a polished, production-ready UI.

That said, Rust is not a hard gate.

• People operations rhythm. Onboarding and offboarding execution, Employee Directory maintenance,
benefits administration, leave and expense policy administration, recruitment coordination.
