UpLaunch is pretty non-traditional as far as software companies go. The original concept was created by two career firefighters who were trying to figure out how to run a gym while we were away for 24 hours at a time. As we created and vetted successful marketing automation strategies, we realized that there was no platform out there that would easily let us share them with others. We tried to do it with what was out there. It was painful - tons of human touch points, lots of opportunities for errors, and an overall sub-par experience. In short - we left the fire department, found three additional co-founders, and opened a software company. And now, we're here...changing the marketing automation industry and having an awesome time doing it!
