The problem is that they are exactly that - Distribution systems - built by the airlines - for the airlines to distribute product. In addition Systems that supplement the GDS are fragmented, and often built by tech companies without enough agent input creating a deficit of quality travel software.
Travel Agents business have changed drastically since the GDS was built in 1977 - And UTS aims to build the Ferrari of Travel Consultant Systems, by creating a combined team of Travel Agents and Software developers, and bringing the testing loop as close as possible to our target market throughout development.
