Upmod (formerly UpcyclePost) is a Social Sharing Marketplace for re-fashioned, re-purposed, upcycled handmade products that enables consumers to meet and work directly with artisans who are manufacturing custom products from used goods. The site uses social media integration to facilitate direct communication between site members. In addition, the mobile sharing "UpApp" provides artisans with the means to solicit buyers for raw materials (household used goods) they need for their next project. By utilizing social media with a mobile sharing app, inside a vibrant marketplace community, Upmod intends to be the "first mover" in this high growth industry. Our goal is to be the best place to shop for inspirational upcycled products for consumers, & the best platform for upcycle artisans.
