UnLeased is meeting an existing market need that does not have sufficient online liquidity at the moment. We are expanding that need to meet the hundreds of millions of renters who want more flexible options in renting while rewarding Landlords who offer said flexibility with higher prices. We seek to build an ethical, profitable and sustainable venture - not a cash burning machine that defrauds investors looking for the "bigger fool" to hold the equity bag and leaves employees left disillusioned and with nothing or little to show for their work like so many recent faux "Unicorns" have done. Our culture is a meritocracy, friendly, open, and collaborative. We are demanding of each other and have extremely high expectations but we are also human. We are focused on changing the world through our product and service offerings, not our activism in politics or society. We keep our politics out of the office as it should be and in this manner we can serve the largest amount of people.
