We have team members present in Saudi Arabia and Bangalore-India, and you could have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world - as long as the time zones make sense. Communication is critical, even though proximity is not. We look for someone who is a good team player, can communicate well and is very comfortable in a multicultural environment. We are firm believers in the fact that when good people come together and have a sense of ownership to the team which inspires them to do their best, there are no heights the company can't scale. We prefer hiring people who will stick along in the long run, and are willing to suitably incentivize them.
