Unite is an early-stage platform for communities: creators, gaming groups, esports teams, sports clubs, fan groups, and other audience-led communities that want better tools to gather, monetize, and operate. We are looking for people who want real ownership, not narrow corporate roles. Early team members will help shape the product, speak directly with users, onboard the first communities, build commercial traction, and influence the company’s direction from the beginning. This is a remote-first opportunity, ideally suited to people who can work with European time zones. We value independence, direct communication, practical execution, and comfort with ambiguity. For founding or CEO-track roles, compensation may be heavily equity-based at the start, with cash compensation developing as traction and funding allow.
