u.sit’s goal is to help restaurants offer a better experience to their customers by delivering solutions that improve the interaction between them. We offer a digital intelligence system that currently has four modules: a waitlist management system module, that manages the restaurant's waitlist and notifies customers through SMS when their table is ready, a reservation management module that allows restaurants to control their reservations and notify customers of pending reservations, an analytics module that provides detailed information on the restaurant’s wait and reservation operation and a CRM module that delivers collected customer information.

Our waitlist module allows the restaurant to manage its waitlist through a tablet or computer and notify its customer with a SMS when his table is ready. The customer can also follow his waitlist position in real time on his mobile phone.
