Twyce Holdings is a founder-led holding company building and operating a portfolio of AI-native businesses.

Meridyn, our AI implementation agency, builds production AI systems for businesses: agent workflows, LLM pipelines, and the integrations and operating controls that make them reliable once real customers depend on them. Client work spans bespoke CRM and back-office systems, document and email automation, and unattended agent systems with human approval gates.

We are also building a private wealth platform: a product that consolidates holdings across institutions into one auditable picture, with a bitemporal ledger, full provenance, hostile-input statement ingestion and tested tenant isolation.

We are remote and async-first with meaningful UK/Europe overlap. We run an internal agent fleet that removes admin and accelerates research, implementation and QA, so engineers here direct AI systems as leverage and own the production outcome underneath them. Code, infrastructure accounts and documentation stay business-owned, so no individual becomes a single point of failure.

The founder has run the agency for eighteen months, built and sold an e-commerce business, and sold a SaaS company. The businesses are revenue-funded, not runway-funded.
