• Compensation: Arizona residents earn a clinical session rate of $58.50/hour (which covers attended sessions, mandatory trainings, and monthly all hands) and an administrative rate of $17.50/hour (which covers documentation, no shows/late cancels, meetings, onboarding). For out-of-state residents, clinical rates range from $58.50 to $85.00/hour based on location.

Sign-on Bonus: Start by December 8th and earn a sign-on bonus of $500.

• Lead planning, budgeting & reporting (50%)

Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop accurate forecasts and financial models for all headcount & vendor investments, and establish core reporting packages for holistic functional and departmental budgets.
Lead the bi-annual corporate budgeting process, ensuring visibility and accuracy into assumptions for costs across all departments.
Support Leadership & Finance Team visibility into resource allocation, ensuring spend is aligned with financial targets and short- and long-term strategic priorities.
Partner with Accounting to provide timely analysis & insights into period-over-period and actual vs. forecast performance.

• People Leadership

Manage, coach, and develop a team of PMs, with high autonomy and clear expectations
Grow senior PMs and their craft, with a clear point of view on what that growth looks like and a POV on how the PM craft should evolve with AI
Hold a high bar for performance while leading with empathy; advocate for team health, capacity, and growth
Build a culture of psychological safety, inclusion, and continuous learning

• Compensation: Michigan residents earn a clinical session rate of $58.50/hour (which covers attended sessions, mandatory trainings, and monthly all hands) and an administrative rate of $17.50/hour (which covers documentation, no shows/late cancels, meetings, onboarding). For out-of-state residents, clinical rates range from $58.50 to $85.00/hour based on location.

• Compensation: Earn a clinical session rate of $61/hour (which covers attended sessions, mandatory trainings, and monthly all hands) and an administrative rate of $18.50/hour (which covers documentation, no shows/late cancels, meetings, onboarding) as a Denver resident. For residents outside of Denver, CO clinical rates range from $58.50 to $85.00/hour based on location.

• Compensation: New Hampshire residents earn a clinical session rate of $58.50/hour (which covers attended sessions, mandatory trainings, and monthly all hands) and an administrative rate of $17.50/hour (which covers documentation, no shows/late cancels, meetings, onboarding). For out-of-state residents, clinical rates range from $58.50 to $85.00/hour based on location.

• Compensation: Hourly rate of $145–$170/hr (determined by experience, qualifications, and place of residence).
• Blended role: You’ll start with direct clinical care and transition next year into supervising and mentoring PMHNPs (with a reduced patient panel).
