• Client Enrollment & Engagement

Educate prospective clients on our enrollment process and address any areas of concern preventing booking
Actively manage outbound communications to guide prospective clients towards establishing care and scheduling their first session.
Persuade unengaged patients to establish care and schedule first appointment
Identify client needs and provide clear, accessible information to help them navigate the mental health landscape.
Improve health outcomes by driving clinical utilization and care compliance

• Compensation: Earn a clinical rate (including mandatory training) of $85/hour and an administrative rate (including no shows/late cancellations) of $25.50/hour with semi-monthly pay.
• Balanced Caseloads and Schedules: Select a weekly caseload ranging from 7 to 20 clients, with session availability between 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday.
