We connect rental owners/operators, primarily commercial real estate properties, with a highly motivated pool of quality contractors. We handle all compliance and accounting on behalf of our contractors, as well as serve as the point of contact for customer service for our clients.

We have partnered with Trustwork, a technology start up based out of Austin and San Francisco, to create a market place with a customized interface where our Clients and Contractors can connect. Our goal is to open up new opportunities to connect our clients with deserving quality vendors while minimizing the time a rental property is in a non-rent-able state.
