Flywheel was created by two former Private Equity employees that experienced a massive inefficiency in the post-acquisition hiring process of functional experts. With no solution currently existing, it was decided to create one ourselves. Flywheel is a tech-enabled service that acts as a two-sided platform, giving the opportunity to connect functional experts, investors, and executive teams of the corresponding portfolio companies. The platform takes a 'country club' approach, vetting every individual given access to the web app, to ensure every conversation and introduction had on the platform is of the highest caliber of individuals.
